You can arrange your mortgage, insurance, auction finance or any other financial products from right here, or even over the phone. Not only that, but you can include your mortgage arrangement within our fixed fee plus package, one less thing to worry about!

    We will come and give you an accurate valuation for your property and you will receive a detailed marketing appraisal report that is specific to your property

  2. Choose a package to suit you

    We offer both commission and non-commission based sales packages. No matter which one you choose you will receive exactly the same service with no hidden costs.

  3. Marketing

    Our marketing will include photographs and floor plans as well as a virtual tour. A For Sale board will be erected at the property and an attractive advert will be placed on property portals, our website and in our shop window

  4. Viewings and Offers

    We provide accompanied viewings if required and our expert negotiators will handle any offers that you receive promptly and efficiently. You will be kept in the loop at every turn. We utilise our local market knowledge to achieve the best possible price for your property.

  5. SELL

    We will negotiate a purchase price for your property and prepare a memorandum of sale. Congratulations!

  6. Aftercare

    We will be on hand throughout the sales process to offer any advice and support you may need. Plus, you can take advantage of our after sales concierge services that will arrange utilities, removals or whatever it is you may need!
