Fixed Fee
Sell your home from just £1,500.00 + VAT** with our fixed fee packages. You only pay 50% upfront and the remaining balance on completion. ** Properties valued between 300k and 500k are charged at £2,500
Market Ready
If you’re not quite ready to go to market or haven’t found an a suitable onward purchase we can prepare your property advert and get your home ready to be advertised on the market at the push of a button for just £550 + VAT
All fees are subject to VAT
No Sale No Fee
Just 1% of the purchase price on completion. Including accompanied viewings and EPC if required
